"We just wanted to write you a quick note regarding our move in Langford on Oct 28, 2009. Of all the stressful stuff involved in selling our house and purchasing another one, the only thing that was easy was our move! The 2 fellows that moved us were polite, careful and quick. We had a lot of stuff but the guys loaded it quickly and nothing was damaged because they took the time to wrap stuff and took care with everything.
They were very careful of the walls in our old house and to our relief they were just as careful not to mark the walls in our brand new house.
I could not believe how quickly they went back and forth from the truck to the house, they literally ran up the ramp. Your company is fortunate to have these 2 young men working for you. They did your company reputation proud and I have already passed your name on to other people because of you and your crew. So thank you for everything and please pass on our thanks to those 2 young men for such a great job! Hopefully it will be awhile before we move again but when we do we will call you first. "Hi David, I booked you to move me from Richardson St. to Government St. for yesterday (May 27th). I’ve never used a moving company before – always relied on a rental truck, buddies, and a case of beer … but after 10 years at a place and a bit more grown up, I had way too much stuff to deal with. Searched the Internet for movers in Victoria, and called up a few but chose you because you were the easiest to deal with on the phone ..... so I booked.
Day of the move – every penny worth it!! Your crew showed up at 9AM exactly as promised. Each one of them introduced themselves and I instantly knew they were just a great bunch of guys. Then they started to work, and boy, did they work hard. Moving is stressful ....but they made me feel at ease immediately. Not only did they work hard, the customer service was beyond belief – their sense of humor through out everything rocked!! I moved to a building with no elevator and they had to move my heavy stuff up 2 floors manually, not only did they manage that but they did it while keeping me entertained. When they needed to move something fragile or delicate, they did with unexpected attention– when they needed to do grunt work, they did – and all with exceptional customer service. Great guys!!
Anyway, whatever you’re paying those guys …it’s not enough!! If I ever move again I’m not calling anybody else, if I hear anyone else ask about moving services I’m insisting its Straight Line. As far as I’m concerned there is no other moving company in Victoria – period!!"
